Do you connect Teltonika devices directly to Uffizio, or through your own server IP? Are all devices using same config file or different per client? Do you update firmware from FOTA Web regularly or only when needed? I’ve done similar GPS tracking setup work before and went through your description carefully. Hi, this is Ambar Shome, I work independently but also run Shome & Associates for larger projects. I have worked with Teltonika devices, Uffizio platform, SIM setup, FOTA Web, and remote support for tracking systems. Mostly helping with configuration, fixing device connection issues, activating users, and guiding teams when something stops working. Nothing fancy, just regular support work. Normally I keep configs saved per device type so it’s easy to reuse later. I also keep one test device online to check before changing settings for all. For SIM issues I store APN settings separately so we don’t lose tracking after reset. In Uffizio I usually keep limited access for users, otherwise settings get changed by mistake. I also keep local backup of configs because FOTA history is not always enough. When devices go offline, first check server port, then APN, then firmware — most problems are there only. Remote support is fine for me. AnyDesk / TeamViewer / Teltonika Configurator all ok. Do you want support only when problem comes, or regular weekly check?
