Design 8.5x11 full page print ad

Hello. I own a real brick and mortar women's shoes and accessories boutique named Essentially Diva www.essentiallydiva.com. I need a designer that can create print ads for me. This will be an on going long term relationship due to the fact that I will need fliers and sales ads created for the different sales and holidays. I will need some print ads designed to be printed in full color, some in black and white, some full 8.5x11, some half page, some quarter page.. The size and color will vary depending on what kind of marketing campaign I am running. I am currently in need of a full page, full color print ad that will be printed in an organizations souvenir book for a yearly convention that the organization is having in my town. I need the look and feel of the ad to be elegant, and upscale. I would like for the ad to have a Spring/Summer look. I also would like to maybe even incorporate a coupon on the ad where as the potential customer could bring into the store to receive a discount. Or maybe even personalize the ad for the convention by including the convention name in the ad.. So many ideas.... I need someone that can help create a great ad that when people see it, they will want to come support my store.. Just as i support the convention by buying a full page in the souvenir book. I can provide product photogragy of shoes that I carry in the store if you need it. I am looking for a designer that has some print ad / flyier design experience.. If you could please post samples of your work. I need to find a design asap, the deadline to provide the artwork to the organization is quickly approaching..
