Product Insert - Collar Stays

We'd like to create a product insert flyer (design, illustrations, & layout) that would serve 2 purposes:
1) It would appear inside the packaging for our product (collar stays)
2) It would appear on our website and marketing material to give information about our product
The most challenging part of this project is that we need graphics / drafted images to illustrate the multiple functions of our product (no pictures). We'd like two deliverables with similar design. The graphics and copy will be similar for both deliverables. The layout may differ and the dimensions will be different.
1) The product insert must be exactly 3.25'' high x 4'' wide (inches)
2) The marketing material can be any size, but must be optimized for a website/catalog
Please see the attached sample as an example of the copy (text) that will be used.
Expected turn around time is around 1 week.
