IOS Application Project for Iphone & Ipad

I am a Computer Science major and entrepreneur located in Los Angeles, CA. My team is looking to create an IOS application for both Ipad and Itunes. This app with be designed to help users find tattoo ideas, locate artists, and view the work of others. Summary of Sample Application Characteristics: -Ability for users to register & create profile via email or Facebook. - Use of location based services to be able to find tattoo artists by city or proximity - Users must be able to upload photos of their tattoos on to their profiles - Artists will have an in app purchase option available which will allow them to access additional features such as uploading their own portfolios and being able to “chat” with prospective clients - Ability for users to review and rate artists - Users have to ability to “like” pictures similar to Instagram - Hash tag grouping ability and popular page **Detailed characteristics will be released upon signing of NDA What I am seeking in a developer: - I am seeking someone to fully develop the IOS application, which may ideally be operational on both the Iphone and IPad. - Developer(s) must be able to design a user friend GUI. - Have my application published into the Apple App Store. - Back end and DB architecture will be done by developers Developer requirements: - Must be willing to enter into a legally binding written agreement which assigns sole ownership of the work product to the client. - Willing to enter a legally binding agreement which assigns sole ownership of any newly-developed/unique code or Intellectual Property created in the course of developing the application to the client. - Willing to agree not to include in the work product any code or other IP that belongs to a third party, without prior permission. - Agree to the prohibiting of open-source code use in application development, without prior permission. Note: This is not work for hire, developer must agree to provisions in the agreement that specifically assigns ownership of the work product to the client. Skill Requirements: -IOS experience - GUI experience - Experience in having application successfully published in the Apple App Store. - Proven portfolio illustrating proven success with prior clients ** We will only be considering fixed rate bids for this project. Payment Structure: Milestones will be established and developer must have application successfully published to ITunes Store before final milestone is released. Important: A critical requirement is that development team must be willing to include a negotiated amount of days of support/ bug fixes as part of the fixed proposal.
