Cartoon Artwork For Book Proposal

I am preparing a book proposal for my agent to submit to publishers. this will be the first book of a series of computer technical books. I need 6 rough drafts of possible cartoon-type art to map to the subject of the book, and an overall logo character.
When the proposal finds a publisher, I will need complete artwork for the first book. I would want a person who would be available as other books come out in the series.
