Logo + business card design

Logo required for an interconnection company - commercial internet exchange - corporate switch - network neutral facility. Please read further if the concept/business is not understood.

Logo should be simple, unique and meaningful. Two versions of the logo are called for, one with company name and one without, so I should be able to use the logo as an identifier without company name when needed.

Business card design should be clean and clear. I would like to use the rear end of the business card for the company logo with company name and corporate contact details, while keep the front for the card holder name and personal contact details and the short version of the logo. A business card template that I can replicate in the future is required as a deliverable.

I am open to suggestions if you have the knowledge and the creativity to represent the business concept in a better fashion. Thanks!
