logo, corp identity and two ads design

Hi, I need to design three things for a optical company - OPTIFASHION: 1) Logo design - OPTIFASHION colors should be yellow (sun), black (sun glasses), white or red (for medical/prescription) 2) Corporate Identity (folder & business card), you can take specs from [login to view URL] 3) Two full page full color ads for magazine (one advertising sunglasses sale and the other advertising eye checkup and providing prescription glasses). See details below: Company does two different things in one location: Part of business is its selling sun glasses (different brands such as prada, channel...etc). The other part of the business is more medical: doing Eye Exam as well as sell/make prescription glasses. First Ad should be made for Magazine 8.5" x 11" with bleed (safe zone 1.25" less and bleed 1.25" more). Sunglasses ad should be very positive. It should say different brands available and most important POLARIZED SUNGLASSES SALE: regular price $139.99, Grand Opening Discount $100. Final Price $39.99. Under these specific glasses, I will provide a text/description about these glasses. It should also say "Protect yourself from SUN while looking good". Before I choose a bid, I would like to see at least a sketch of logo and sunglasses ad. I am looking to spend $30-$50 for this project.
