2 part project Logo and Graphic Design for product label

We are looking for a creative logo design, applicants must be willing to use a creative mind to submit a logo that will capture our target market and brand. We are a new startup company that has a brief idea of the logo we want but would like some help from a professional. Our market is young adults in the club scene (people who like to party, have fun and drink alcohol!) once we have a design we need a package developed then will incorporate a design on our product. This package must contain proponents to attract people while on the shelf. And the requirement states that we need more graphic design done on top of the logo. The additional graphic design is the product label.
We ask you to bid for the entire job, then put a milestone you need to complete the first part (the logo) in which we will release this milestone after the first part is completed. Then we will create a second milestone for the second part that will be released upon completion of the project. We are not looking to have a rush product made and would like to take time to review your work before we ask for revisions. We think the logo should take about 10 days and once we have that the next step should be easier. The total project should be at least 20 days! So people who bid on this without reading and do not set there completion times out at least 20 days will not be considered. All proposed contracters must be willing to sign a NDA to be considered as well. Include in you bid some work that you have done in the past that you think relates to our industry.
