Though i no longer have access to the site but these are the functionalities. • For the entire school: Every school, class, team, club, staff, and parent group receives its own website with no page or traffic limits. They can easily publish their specific materials: practice schedules, game schedules, committee meetings, production deadlines, etc. • Integrated: Integrated district, school, class and team web pages. Create areas for teachers-only, school community, PTA, athletic teams, clubs and activities. • Improve performance: Improve student performance by getting parents involved. Parents are aware of missed assignments or low grades early on, so problems can be addressed and corrected before they become serious. #1 Design: As pages required designing web site. It has following parts. a. Logo Design b. Front page design c. Inner page design d. Signup page design e. Login page design f. All other needed while development. #2 Super Admin Panel: Provide admin panel to manage all aspect of site which include following parts. a. Mange schools Super admin will be able to manage schools, once school added by admin and activated, school admin can login to school portal and create teacher and class. b. Mange school teachers Super admin can also have access to school teachers. c. Manage payment from schools Super admin can have monthly payment from school admin. d. Manage students Super admin will have access to all functionality student can access. e. Mange reports Super admin can create reports for schools, student and teachers. f. Change password Super admin can change password of him and/or all other accounts available on portal. #3 School Admin School admin will contact Super admin to add his school into portal. Once super admin create school and send activation code to school admin, school admin will be able to manage following parts. a. Manage teachers School admin can create teach activation code and send to teacher to create account. He can add/edit or delete teachers from his school. b. Manage class School admin can add/edit/delete classes and assign to teachers created. c. Manage students School admin can have options to view students report. d. Manage announcements Manage announcements of school; all announcements made by school admin will be displayed to parents and teachers. e. Manage reports. Manage teachers and students reports. #4 School Teachers School teachers are created by school admin, after they create account they will give login details to school teachers.
