Tshirt/Hoody Graphic Artist Needed ASAP

I need a graphical rendering of the attached sketch. This will be going on the back of a sweatshirt/tshirt, roughly 11x17. It is styled after a motorcycle gangs colors or vest, Google "biker colors" images. It should be a skull and cross bones wearing ski goggles and ski hat, maybe just the hat, maybe crutches and skis, etc... This shouldn't be super detailed due to the application, im looking for clean. Id like the design to be similar the the skull and crutches. You may need to add a lower jaw to the skull to make it look good with the googles. I also like the font used in the tattoo shop image. Ill upload more pics once the job has been awarded. This will be one color, white on a dark hoody. I also need the following names/titles worked up, 3-4" wide, will be on the front. Ive included examples of mc colors and a basic skull/bones that has the feel im looking for. Id like to see a version that looks like graffiti and I can provide a mock up from another source, we can pick the best from there. The last guy started the work and then demanded more money to complete, I dont play those games. Please dont bid if you aren't somewhat familiar with motorcycle clubs or gangs. $30 is my budget, plz dont bid more as I will assume you are stupid and cant read.
