567467 Website Logo redesign

I need a simple logo redesign to fit the website www.cpyc.org. The completed image should be a 320 x 70 .png image - see the attached logo image as reference. The text must read "Cottage Park Yacht Club" in white letters. The new logo must also include the "[login to view URL]" image which is also attached for reference (which replaces the existing flag image on the attached example). I would like to see a version with the image on the left side of the text and also a version with the image on the right side of the text. This should be completed within 24 hours. DO NOT bid on this simple project if you cannot complete within 24 hours.
