The objective is to create a searchable provider directory database that will allow providers to create a profile to be displayed to the public, allow members to search
The participating provider must be able to create and edit its own profile/feature page with information including:
- Provider Type (drop down, see list below)
- Specialty (drop down, see list below)
- Web URL
- Free Form Message
- Phone Contact Information
- E-mail address
- Hours of Operation
- Hospital Affiliation
- Owner/Ownership Group
to be approved by admin.
Enhanced Provider Functionality
i. There should be a search feature that, when clicked, provides a listing of new providers that registered in the last 30 days.
ii. The page will have a feature section so that, for a fee, the provider can be featured on our web site. The feature section will include profile information,
logo and a feature message that the provider can edit at will. This will only be available in monthly increments and sold by specialty.
iii. The participating provider should be able to view their statistics upon login to their profile. Statistics include how may views their profile has had, current
month and then year to date.
iv. For a fee, the provider could request a non-random placement in the search function, and, for a fee, the provider should be able to obtain contact information about those who have viewed their profile.
