563142 Professional Photo needed for new website

I need a professional photo taken for a new website. The final submission must be in PNG format, size 900 X 270. The photo must be an original that YOU photographed. I will need to own full royalty free rights to the photo. It needs to meet the following criteria:
- photo of an attractive business woman or receptionist sitting behind a desk (view from front of desk).
- low cut business suit
- she must be wearing a pony tail and red lipstick
- she must be wearing large glasses (think professional with a twist of humor)
- ethnicity does not matter but she should have clear complexion with a thin to medium figure.
- one hand on glasses, the other ???(surprise me, think professional, clean, non-offensive)
- tossing around the idea of feet crossed on the desk vs. sitting normal. If you can provide both or have other ideas that's a plus.
- photo must be taken in a clean, professional office atmosphere
- background of site is bright white. Photo must be mostly lighter colors and appear to blend into the background on the edges. Sort of like a bright light coming in from the side or from above.
- for colors i'm thinking: light wood desk, black marble counter, one green plant behind desk, woman's outfit optional, floors and walls near white for blending effect (this is a guideline only, let me know what you think)
- surroundings should not appear cluttered, so less is more
- you can use a photo editing program to help with the blending and lighting affect if needed but the photo must not appear airbrushed or drawn.
If you can actually provide me some mock ups of photos YOU took meeting the above criteria that is a huge plus. If you agree to provide more than one sample for me to keep and use that's even better yet.
This needs to be very specific to what I outlined so once I award the project I will allow you 7 days to produce your first mock up. This will allow you enough time to find the right person and place to take the photo. PM me with your portfolio and crudentials.
