Best/Top/Talented Graphic Designer Needed for iOS Slot Game Reskin

I'm working on iOS Slot game reskin. I'm looking for a talented artist and willing to work in long term relationship. The goal is to replace all existing graphics into a brand new set of graphics. There are about 50 components including an icon and screenshots. You can check the attach to see all components. Most of them are the menu buttons and UI. Anyway, there are some cartoon characters you need to design too. They will be displayed in the slot machine. The theme of graphics will be a casino style so make sure you understand the style of this industry.
