Single Illustration / drawing for tattoo (bird in flight)

Hi, This project is a very interesting and unusal project to create an illustration which will be made into a tattoo. The project is actually a personal project for my sister so that is why the requirements are so percise and why I hope to find an incredibly talented illustrator for this. I hope to get some samples where I can select a winner and then will also send the winner a picture of the finished design after it has been tattoo-ed onto my sister. I am sure it will be good for any designer to see their work being put onto someone for the rest of their life. The image will be of a Robin in flight, the robin will be soaring / gliding on the air, it should not be flapping its wings. It should have it’s wings slightly tilted so that you can see the underneat of one side (I have explained in more detail in the word document) and should look healthy and well fed. Finally there should be a Shamrock in the birds mouth (I am Irish so that explains that part) Please download the word document for pictures and more information on exact requirements for the image. As for budget, since I will also be paying for my sisters tattoo I'd like to keep prices as low as possible so please bid what you feel is the lowest while still making it worth your while to do an excellent job.
