405605 yousendit.com type website

I need someone to create me a website almost exactly like yousendit.com. Users should be able to upload files and send them to the email address of there choice, once someone recieves the email it should include the download link to where they can download the files. There will be a free user service where they will be able to upload files 200MB or less and a pro subscription service (which will need to be linked to paypal) where they can upload files 3GB or less. I don't need the site so be as complicated as yousendit but it needs to have the basic functions. I will provide the visual layout via photoshop and you will program it and make it function.
