Quotation for an Online Newspaper
I hereby request for a quotation for set up a new Online Newspaper full option website and the management system. I am starting a full-featured, dynamic Newspaper Content Management System that would offer me the most effective and most profitable web site maintenance available.
I need a web publishing system that includes such applications as:
• News/Articles Easily create and upload news items and articles with as many pictures as we want. Our article should automatically archives on the date that we set it to expire and it can be recalled by simple word searches.
• Real Estate Listings. Enables us to partner with real estate agencies and the likes to provide online listings and agent biographies.
• Classifieds. Include classifieds function which is completely automated so that our customers can place them from the front end, and they can even post their own pictures. And we can easily post classifieds for our walk-in customers. The classifieds should be fully integrated with our publication - these are not off-site ads! These should be our ads and we should have complete control over them.
• Display Advertisements (Banner Ads). We can easily set them to appear on every page, or only on pages related to their content. It should include a feature that makes it possible for us to relate banner ads to specified classifieds categories.
• Blogs. It should have a function that enables to start our own blog, and set up blogs for our writers and even our readers.
• Shopping Cart
• Yellow Pages. Include a function that enable us and visitors to sell all kinds of businesses and other entities a place in our online business directory just like print yellow pages directories.
• Newsletters and their Archives. Include the function that enables us to reach out to our readers with our built-in newsletter functionality without having to wait for them to come to us.
• News Aggregator
• Mobile Apps
• Picture Gallery
• Guest Book
• Polls
• Event Calendar
• Community Events
• Web Directory
• Much, much more!
