We worked on social networking site in PHP and MySQL. We are having the basic understanding and domain knowledge for a social networking site. Also having a complete SDLC of a particular web application. We can't see the detailed requirement of the projects you have posted. So would you please share the complete requirement document for the project? So that we can come up with the estimation in terms of working hours, application architecture, it's designing and it's actual costing. We will first design it's layout using HTML5, CSS and also some scripting language like javascript or jquery. Then we will start to create it's architecture in PHP. Like how entire application will be designed and which architecture is best to use for this application. Then we will design our database and normalize it in MySQL. Once the above all things will be done we will start the coding. We will follow Agile methodology to build this application. We will split the entire application into 4 sprints. Each sprint will last for 1 week. So all things including requirement analysis, coding, build, deployment and testing will be done all at a time in a single sprint. So this is my simple and short way to build the online application or web application.
