I am looking for a talented web designer to work with me on projects. We will start with one project and see how it goes. Please keep in mind that this is a long term relationship and you will make money on future projects aswell, so bid accordingly. I am looking for really brilliant designer that understands what I want and do it quickly without delays. Requirements (A must) 1) 4-6 pages to design (responsive design) 2) Design 2 drafts as minimum and as much as needed until satisfied 3) Supply the files in PSD format 4) Slice and convert to xhtml/css 5) Have the designed w3c validated 6) Design should work on all major browsers and operating systems 7) Fast turnaround – First non-html homepage draft should be handed in 2-3 days max The first project is for an ecommerce website, It would be a plus if you have worked on a design like this. Please don’t send me work samples that is not yours, I will know. Also please no generic proposals. I am looking for best bid/quality combo so send me your best proposals.
