Sauna website with online booking system

I need a website for a small spa called: Au bain julie. The welness facilities are a sauna and a hot tub (jacuzzi). The spa is private meaning that it only allows small groups of a few people, only one group at a time can book entrance. Booking is obligated.
We prefer to build the website on the wordpress platform to use its CMS to manage the content of the pages. Website language will be Dutch. Translations will be provided. We need the following pages:
- Index/home page (introduction)
- Facilities
- Photo's (plugin gallery?)
- Pricelist
- Booking/reservation
- Contact
The website should have a horizontal navigation bar. A link to the facebook page should be included in the design too.
On the intro page a slideshow (plugin) should be possible to show the different promotions or photo's.
Desired design style of the website:
- Licht and easy colours, no bright colours like red, blue, green
White, black, grey, gold,... are allowed
- 1 wall of the spa will be in wood like the sauna
- See attached photo's, They represent the style of the spa. It are sample photo's, not photo's of the actual spa.
A logo should be designed too:
- It should include the name: Au bain julie
- It should use and old English bathtub with legs/feet and a tap in the middle
A booking/reservation system should be used, a payable plugin can be selected. Plugin to use to agree with me.
- Booking per 30 minutes with a minimum time of 2h
- configurable opening hours, exceptions to be managed by the admin; a possibility is that the admin books available timeslots to show them as unavailable
- A fixed time should be blocked after a booking to provide time for cleaning (eg 15 minutes, time to be configured)
- Bookings max 1 month in the future (time to be configurable)
- Available timeslots visible on booking page but anonymous, no names to be displayed.
- Bookings to be confirmed by the admin
- Booking form: Name, e-mail and telephone number; also captcha if possible
- Options to be selected on booking form (options to be adjustable from admin side)
- Admin can manage and add reservations
For the facebook page a cover should be designed
