User Generated Ratings Website with Easily Modified Back End

I need a site created with the interactive map and search box option that a site like [login to view URL]'s homepage offers with a similar option of user generated content options like the site offers, but for a different topic. The site would have all the same functionality of the apartment site listed above but have a completely different topic from apartments, have flexibility to accommodate ads in the right margin, and user generated content for adding entities (like apartments in their site's case) and providing feedback about them (about apartments in their site's case).
