Make three templates for sell in Mercadolibre webpage (like an ebay webpage but for latinamerica)

Hi! i reposted this project for explain more what i need, i am selling things in mercadolibre webpage, and i need to have a template for announce my products, im sending links for explain what we need: first link of a template that someone made inthat page for give the idea of what is a template in this webpage [login to view URL] second link is thewebpage of our boutique store, for see the colors that we use and we willlike to have in the templates [login to view URL] third link is another template example [login to view URL] In total we need three little templates: 1.- one with the logos and colors of the webpage that we showed 2.- one for selling technology (computer related and things like that) 3.- one for selling jewelry and boutique things (without logo of the webpage for use with another account) As you can see the template have two parts: 1.- fixed parts who are terms, conditions, and common rules for buy /sell in this webpage 2.- editable parts that we can put photos and descriptions of the products and one link for show our product list for the design layout i have an idea of so so how to do it (since is in spanish we will work together for the freelancer put the colors and design, and we will put the language parts), the designer needs to give to us the psd, and fonts that he used please.
