We'd like a website with a front page for catch email form, like the form is using by [login to view URL] . This page must contain a video embased from Youtube (we just have this video) and a form bellow the video. The video call the user to but the email in the form to receive a mini training and a example time-plan, but only after the email is catch and check (Double click check - Awaber do this)
I'll supply the html source of the form.
To make this page flexible must be make JOOMLA OR WORDPRESS.
An exemple site: [login to view URL] (this site has a video and a catch form)

The video embased from youtube must be without the controns buttons (Forward, back and the timeline) and without the suggestion videos at the end of the video.
