Web page rebranding + icons for website

I've have an environmental awareness and education website (built in Wordpress, but still not live) that has recently been rebranded prior to launch. Most of the rebrand is complete, but there are two minor parts still incomplete. The parts to be completed are:
1. Rebranding the "Results" page of a calculator that is on the site. I have a new layout for this page in mind, so would like this mocked up with the new branding too.
2. Creating a suite of icons for use on the site. 18 icons in total need to be supplied - these are mostly simple icons for home appliance such as fridges, fans and TVs. Attached are some samples of the icon style, along with a list of all the icons required.
I have the Illustrator files from the earlier website rebranding work, and can supply these. I will also supply brand guidelines.
All I require from the designer is PSD / Illustrator files and jpegs. No coding is required.
Need this completed by 17th October, so please bid only if you can complete by this date.
