558095 BuddyPress Not Uploading Images

I am running Wordpress with the BuddyPress theme, which turns Wordpress into a social / community site. My problem is finding a plugin that makes it easy for users to upload images. I need something that has a progress indicator and lets users select multiple images for upload at once. I need to be able to upload images straight off the camera (maybe 3-10 mb each). Also, there should be a way to resize them for viewing on the web. It must have an Albums/Photos link for each user where all the uploads are stored. They should also show up in the activity stream. I have tried / researched various plugins, and one I like doesn't upload images as small as 70kb. It works for small ones such as 54kb. The name of the plugin is Buddy Albums. I need help making this one work or finding one that does what I explained above.
