452457 Wordpress modifications needed experts only

The attempt is to turn wordpress into a link rating site. I already have a theme picked but need the following changes Home Page 1) Show category icons (using category icons plugin) with these items below it a) category name and posts count with a view all link b) one highest rated post title with this enabled [login to view URL] Top Menu I need a new menu item with tab highlighting current category Make first level category as top menu Second level category items as mouse over menu that shows below top menu Category templates Different template for each first level category using this plugin [login to view URL] Create 4 new category templates (only link and menu bar colors are different from my template) that will show category icon on top and posts in a list with voting options( yes no count) sort posts by rating descending
