Add forum, restricted login, and customized scheduler plugin functionality to Wordpress site

I need someone capable of adding the following functions to [login to view URL]
The majority of the additions should be quite simple. The biggest challenge will be deciding on the most suitable plugin for #3 below, as well as aesthetic design.
1) Add user login functionality
- add ability of users to login to site and be granted access to a specific set of pages (profile, personal schedule (see #3), forum, and page with links, all that regular visiters can’t see or access
- only admin should have the ability to add or delete user accounts
2) Forum strictly for our teachers and admin
- a forum, of which only registered users have access
3) Scheduler/appointment/calendar plugin
- located within each user’s personal interface. Each user only has access to view their own schedule as well as input their availability and request cancellations/rescheduling
FUNCTIONS:
- ability to schedule reoccurring appointments
- ability for user to confirm appointments. Ability to set whether or not an appointment requires confirmation.
- cancellation/rescheduling function (featured as a button located on the day of the meeting within the calendar. Users can only request cancellation/rescheduling; admin has full access)
- email notification of appointments (sent to both teacher and student)
- automatic time zone adjustment (for example: a user in Thailand will see his calendar displayed in Thai time)
- ability for admin to easily search and view each user’s classes in any given month
- ability to calculate number of appointments taught at the end of month for payroll purposes
- ability to create and manage client database

4) ‘Games Page’
- either having ppt/flash games embedded onto the page under links that organize the games into various categories, or having links to the games hosted elsewhere.
