Add items to Website based on apurchased wordpress theme

We have a pourchased wordpress theme (massive dynamic + massive builder) and we would like the website built based on the architecture demo. Here are a few things that we would like edited/changed in the site: 1) home page: - background, menus, logo(s) etc; - remove some technicalities like the shop and portfolio ICONS; - we need submenus especially in the portfolios - we will need 3x portfolios (individual) with sub categories in them; - front page txt; - fonts; - background images (various on different rows/columns etc); - 2x company videos added (these are already on youtube); - txt colours, fonts, font families etc; - icons below images (changed from theme) and some hover details to theme; - copy right notice; - we still dont know if we want to go with a horizontal or a vertical arrangement of menu(s); 2) contact form - as is in our original website or something very similar; 3) file/project submittal form, as is in our original website or very similar, you will need to do something on the cpanel and allow our clients to upload an unlimited file size or a file size that is >2-3GB; 4) about page - txt, pictures of the team; 5) Pricing page - we have a ready html5 script that needs to be added - in this script you will need to change some font type and family and perhaps font sizes; 6) 3x portfolios - all portfolios will need to have the same layout, different pictures and different colour. there will need to be some subcategories in the porfolios. For example, structures will be the main menu input and then below that our clients should be able to choose from up to 7-10 different types of structures. As i mentioned above, all the portfolios will be the same so this will have to be a copy paste of the original portfollio with some minor changes to the background images and colours and remapping the sublinks to the main menu and submenu; 7) Careers forms, we want to be able to receive the cvs of people who are interested in working with us and their cover notes. there is something like this in the site that we have already. Something very similar with minor changes additions/removals is required. 8) FAQ - txt will be provided; 9) there may be some additions like mailing lists and newsletters where people will be able to submit their emails to receive these. Some general notes, we have a TEST domain that we are testing this site at the moment. you will receive full access to our server. Once the website is done and we are happy with it you will be in contact with our graphic design and marketing team and you will need to do some minor additions to colours txt and images (size adjustments and easy stuff). We have also purchased ALL the shortcodes and we have plaid around with them in good detail! we know how easy this job is and we know that everything here is drag and drop -> Additionally, the successful professional will receive more projects from us (given that we are happy with your service) +/- an additional of 2 websites. please contact me for more information. We know the amount of work required here and we also know what the theme and builder is capable of! we know that even though the above may sound like A LOT IT IS NOT! we know that the above will take a MAXIMUM of 3-4 days if you program your flow correctly. CONSEQUENTLY - WE WILL NOT PAY MORE THAN 60 EUROS FOR THIS JOB (excluding of course the other projects to come)!
