Project goal Reformat existing HTML email signatures so they can be pasted or installed into Apple Mail and work reliably on macOS, iOS, and Microsoft email clients. Scope of work The client already has the signature designs/content completed. The job is to clean up and rebuild the HTML formatting so the signatures display correctly across devices and email apps. Must fix - Alignment/layout breaking in Apple Mail - Images disappearing or not rendering consistently - Signature not working properly when copied and pasted into iPhone Mail signature settings - Formatting issues when used from computers, including Microsoft email clients - Inconsistent display between macOS, iOS, and Windows Signature must include - Client logo - Clickable social media icons - Full contact details - Neat, consistent alignment - Lightweight HTML - Responsive/mobile-friendly formatting - Stable image handling, either hosted images or base64, depending on what works best Compatibility requirements The signature should work in: - Apple Mail on macOS - Apple Mail on iPhone/iOS - Microsoft email clients on desktop - General computer use where copy/paste into email signatures is needed Deliverables - Reformatted HTML signature files - Paste-ready version for Apple Mail/iPhone - Computer/desktop-friendly version if needed - Short written import instructions, or a quick video guide - Tested signature rendering across the target platforms as much as possible Client expectation They want the final signature to be easy for their team to copy and paste into the Apple Mail signature area without images, spacing, or links breaking.
