We require an experienced Revit user with structural knowledge to rebuild the existing revit model and accompanying structural solution.
Model will be issued to interested parties via wetransfer due to the file been in excess of 400mb
Since I am new to Revit [rhino user], the model needs to be rebuilt to allow the following information can be demonstrated for competition submission
1. Complete Design plans and sections @ 1:200
2. Demonstrate the structural design with a coloured / keyed wireframe diagram which identifies the key structural components. [primary, secondary structure, etc] - Also for the model to be analysed through Robot Structural Analysis or A360 Structural Analysis so report can be created. [ See attached]
3. Produce 2 x detailed part sections and part elevations that shows the relationship between the structure and the building envelope at 1:20 including the provision of service zones [ I will identify section locations]. The part elevations should be fully rendered to show materiality, colour and texture.
4. A Ventilation proposal for the building [INCLUDING THE BASEMENT] (lowest energy solution in summer/winter and night/day to all spaces)
5. Heating/Cooling Proposal (wintertime solar gain, prevention of summertime overheating, use of thermal mass, zero/low energy cooling, low energy/carbon space heating),
