Artistic Illustration for Brand

NOTE: We're looking for an illustrator that has an artistic sense. Someone who can turn a vision into a reality and a concept to actual creation.
We're a clothing brand called Purple Cow, which represents the idea of standing out, being out of the ordinary, and not fitting in. The purple cow symbolizes these ideas because it is not like your usual cow, and it doesn't follow the herd like the rest of the cows. We were thinking about making an illustration which is very much like the bully picture we've provided: a person is going to be standing in the front, with his hands folded looking forward, while 3 people in the back are going to be looking at this person. The 3 people are going to be greyish and will have no faces and eyes while the person that's standing alone is going to be colored purple. One person in the back, who's in the middle, is going to be pointing at the purple person, while the other two people are going to beside him, with their hands in their pockets and their bodies facing sideways toward the middle person. Unlike the bullying picture, I want the person in the front to be close to the frame, with his head almost touching the top of the frame and the bottom of the frame just below his chest. I also provided an example picture of how I want the purple person to look: I want you to mimic the facial expressions of the character in example picture 1. What I mean by facial expressions is his eyes or just the way he’s looking at you. I also provided another example picture which shows a character who is colored purple in order to show you the kind of purple I want the main character in the picture to have. The meaning of this picture is that the person in the front is like a purple cow, and the 3 people in the back are like your regular cows. They all fit in and are part of the herd while the purple person doesn’t follow the herd, making him stand out from the rest. And as a result, this person is misunderstood by everyone else and is considered to be weird and crazy. You can think of this person as an Elon Musk type of character: very eccentric. I want the overall style of the illustration to be sort of like a painting.
