Build a custom Online Store

Hello, am hoping you are doing fine, well I need an online store to integrate with an existing Wi-Fi hotspot system. The hotspot is running am running is managed by [login to view URL] The store should basically store and sell access codes automatically once a customer clicks on the desired package. For example: The proses should follow the following path 1. Client connects to my hotspot (wi-fi) network 2. The network will automatically redirect the client to the online store Once they are on the store page customers should be promoted To create an account. On success full registration the customer can login into the store. 3. The store contains the access codes on sale. The access codes should be as follows (a) 24hrs access (b) weekly access (c) monthly access. Prices should be in Kenya shillings. (prices to be provided) 4. On the store, users should be able to recharge their accounts via m-pesa (local mobile payment system in Kenya) to be able to purchase the any desired package of their choice. 5. On successful purchase, the store should send the access code automatically to the client’s phone number via sms. 6. Once the proses is complete the system should redirect to the hotspots login page via the following back link (<a href='[login to view URL]'>CLICK HERE TO GET ACCESS TO THIS HOTSPOT</a>). 7. form my end I should be able to update the access codes database.
