Build a Functional Website

Hi all,
Looking for a skilled website developer for a very well functioning website.
In the travel niche. Selected freelancer will get more details.
- The site must be absolutely beautiful to look at (NOTHING LOW END. Meaning if you don't think you can do your best work, please do not apply)
- The site must be able to have a user filter which region they would like to travel to
- The site must be able to have a user see what travel options are available in said region
- The site must allow users to pay for their vacation/trip directly from the website
- The site must allow OWNERS of vacation spots/retreats to sign themselves up to the website. They would be signing their vacation spot up to our website in order to bring more travelers to their vacation spot. They would input details about their spot/retreat, location, cost, etc.
- The site must have a communication function, hosted entirely on the site, for private communication between the user and ourselves (similar to [url removed, login to view])
There will be 4 drops of coding to us, over a 4 week period, and then a final revision.
This will make 5 milestones.
The shortlisted freelancer will sign an NDA and get much more details to work with.
