Build a website with RapidWeaver/Foundry

Hi,
I'm searching for help to build a website from scratch with RapidWeaver/foundry.
To start with not very complex site due to the fact that we have changed our business model. So I prefer to have fever pages to begin with but with the right message and content. And then as we get into it the website can expand with content etc.
We have an idea about what we want regarding design .. a site to look into, but we are also openminded for ideas and suggestions.
Our company develops Plug-ins and Add-ons to business systems. We are located in Denmark.
And we are not skilled in graphic work, so therefore we need the right person to help us out.
I see a lot of suggestions to make the site in WordPress. Could you please explain to me why WP is better than Foundry (bootstrap) and send me examples of sites where I can test performance.
I know that WP has more than 30K plugins and so on, but performance is very important to me.
Actually the best performing sites are preferred. I'm not interested in DIVI projects and similar. It's to slow in performance.
