Build A WordPress Life Coach Website

I've currently been working on a WordPress site and have run into a lot of headache and issues. I'm not familiar with WordPress and am throwing in the [login to view URL] site has a TempleMonster theme currently attached. However, I'm not married to the template. I need a site built that has a color scheme that matches the logo. The website is for a therapist/life coach similar to [login to view URL] and http://www.jimkwik.com.
The site will have home page, about, contact, blogs, events, and 4 separate pages for services. First the Services page then a page of each type of service. I have the pages already created but they just look terrible and I'm no longer able to work on this myself. This can be tackled as clean-up job more than a full rebuild. There are widgets and plugins I'd like to use but have had issues formatting and setting up. When submitting a proposal, please send a portfolio containing at least 3 samples of work.
I have more than 70% of the content (bio, blogs, service descriptions, etc.) but am open to additional graphics to liven up the site. I've include the logo colors for help with the color scheme:
