Hi there. Building a job website needs to be specified a bit more. The first question you have to ask yourself is, what can an employer/employee do on this site when logged in, and what can he see. Then you make sketches from that. Make it on a paper. Then you develop a business logic. What happens when an employee applies for a job. What will the employer get? A notification? How is that going to look like? Before diving into the database, we have to know what users can post on there. So far, only employers have a table that we can call 'jobs', but they will not have any category. If you want to categories those jobs, you must introduce a new table in the database that will sort out your jobs. Another good thing that you can ask your self is, do I have the inspiration for this? Can you pull some website that you want to clone(since this is a learning project)?
