What will be provided: all files (needs to be debugged extracted from legacy environment) vb/dotnet VS 2005 based files. It ties into SQL back-end but we don’t have sql db needs to be created from scratch. You will need to cleanup and upgrade to VS 2015 project and make everything work. Add user based security filters.
#1 – User Table (login id (get from sys), email address (exchange back-end try to extract from system windows login is not email address), unit, department, supervisor) Also install not activate module for Active Directory (so permissions will be set there)
#2 – User Access to view/search/view/submit requests based on first unit, department, admin (admin all access, unit within that unit only, department within that department only one department can have many units., DEPARTMENT can also have multiple entries so that person A can have access to department A and B. Admin obviously access to everything.) As a Rule anyone submitting request can see their request all the time. Anyone can submit requests.
#3- Built in Visual Studio 2005 so net 1.1 (needs to be upgraded to VS 2010 standards still needs to stay in VB and html and dotnet updated) Must be fully VS 2010 Project that can be opened and further developed in 2010.

#5 – Creating backend SQL database (fields can be parsed from the code there is no DB available needs to be built from scratch based on code) have script to make table backend db in sql server 2008+

#9 – email and approval process must work flawlessly. Make code more modular class based so that additional forms in future can be added modified removed.
Each analyst for department can view their own department tickets only.

Admins can reassign Dept/Analyst as they see fit. (Current)
