Creation of multiple images for use on website

Hello I need multiple graphics made. The graphics must be of top quality. If you are not a skilled graphic artist please do not apply. I may ask to see some of your previous work. All images must have a transparent background as they will be placed on a non-white background site and possibly non-standard color backgrounds. 1. An image will need to be created that has an line on it that is exactly 400 pixels long on it. The image can be a little larger than 400 pixels. It will need to also look related to running in the background. Examples of similar images from another website are attached. There will need to be 400 of these images that are all identical except the little diamond (or whatever you use) will move on that line. Each of these will need to be named [login to view URL] to runner_400.gif. I need this made in 4 different colors: #c9d83f #7f1112 #5d5d5d #37699e That will make 1600 images, however this can be done in photoshop VERY EASILY using the automation process. 2. I need another image that is very similar to the above. It will need to have from 1.0 kph to 30.0 kph going up .1 kph per image. It will need to display the mph below it as well. So for instance 13.3 kph would also show 8.3 Mph below it. See the road images I attached as examples from a similar site. Each will need to be named [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] and correspond to the speed in KPH. This should also reflect that this is Speed and be somehow related to running. 3. I need some type of images that I can display a time per Km and a time per Mile. Please see the attached speed image for an example. This image is actually a screen shot of multiple images. There is a background image and then the minutes and seconds for both are replaced. I need something that functions in this same manner image wise. Note this will end up being about 1800 images total. all except the first ones for each case can be done automatically. This is a pretty simple process after the first image and can be done with very minimal work from your end. It is almost all done by the Photoshop software. Please do not make a quote for this if you want to make every single image (all 1800) manually as you won't be able to make schedule or be price competitive.
