I am looking for a web designer to design me a homepage for a web agency, this homepage must be modern and creative. I am only looking to have the homepage designed for now, if i like your work i will have you design the rest of the website. I will not be creating any milestones until i have seen that you have understood my approach, when you show me your first work. As stated above i am only looking to have the homepage made, but the website will include the following pages: - Portfolio - Services - Blog You must include these on the homepage, for example three Portfolio items and a VIEW ALL link. I am looking for a WEB DESIGNER, not a DEVELOPER. Automated bids will be rejected upon submission, please start your proposal with, Dear MrAmazingBill...
