Design a Logo for a University League

I need to create a logo for my client. He is responsible for the Image Chair at the Santo Amaro University.
He needs a logo for a Imaging League for a University of Medicine in Brazil.
The name of the League is "Liga de Imaginologia Medicina Santo Amaro - LAIFAMSA". He would like to put this text around the image, as presented on the attached file: [login to view URL]
The text font should be well readable and modern.
He likes the color blue, black (for the text) and white.
For the logo image, he would like to see a stylized vitruvian man with some part of the man appearing as Xray (see examples attached: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]). And the man of the stylisezed vitruvian may be drawn as skeleton.
I am enclosing other example here from Brazil of other medicine league as a reference (attached file [login to view URL]).
I would like to receive some templates to present to the customer and to return with his feedback for new versions until we reach the point that the customer approved it. I need the logo vectorized in Photoshop.
