You are bidding for the design of circa 25 pages for a new website. The design must be responsive and will be delivered in HTML format with a demo which will be tested on various computer and mobile screens.
In order to be considered for this project you are required to submit the design for a test page (see attached), free of charge. I will contact you only if you clearly state in your bid that you agree to participate to the test.
The test page is an accurate representation of the final layout and content. Similar instructions will be provided for all pages.
The website will have a home page which leads to the other pages which are accessed only by members. In terms of type of content, the members only pages contain mainly forms with very limited number of images and graphic elements. The style is contemporary, clean lines, fresh. Only the homepage will require very good design skills, I have attached a model with colours and theme.
The full specification for all 25 pages will be shared after award.
The back-end will be developed using ASP.NET MVC5 AngularJS C# and the database will be MS SQL. Whilst only design is in scope, an absolute requirement is that you have worked before on websites using these programming languages.

The budget for the 25 pages is $250.
In your bid you must clearly agree with the test as described in the brief in order to be invited to the next stage.
