Draw a realistic face

I am trying to draw a realistic face of a character. I've done 50% of it so far, but still does not look like the character, if you're interested in this job you need to start with the words facedrawing when we talk so I know you've read this. The image needs to look 100% realistic so please look at the attached photo and see if you can do a realistic drawing like that.
