Events in Luxembourg city

I have to made a events's website to concern the city of Luxembourg, the events in Events in Luxembourg City. This website will made like this tipology: the homepage will divided in title of the website, little poetic's citation, number of the visitators, a box that ask if someone would like to insert advertising in my website, and there will be four boxes, one for the firms and peoples that would like to insert a events in a category (sport, disco, culture), only with a easy registration, one box for the visitors, they have to look for category ( sport, disco, culture ), the third box whit the information of my society ( who are, what we do, contact), the fourth box will be the possibility to request of mix some event with another event already made and registered in my website. this four boxes give to the public the information only if their click on the box, like this the home stay cleaned and very simple, and show to the public only the title of the box, and you will put on this boxes the javascript tecnology of something better if you [login to view URL] website will has also the possibility of a community where someone can talk about the experience done. This is a little explication of my idea of website. Now I have to now the price and the time that you need to do this website.
