Front Cover Coupon Book Design, Logo, Masthead look professional

I own a coupon book publication and need a new logo design for front cover and a masthead towards the top of the publication. And just some general help with the layout of the front cover of the magazine. I would like it to look professional, clean, and crisp. It is coupon magazine and does not have to be too fancy and corporate like, but we mail out to alot of upscale homes so I want to have an upscale look a little bit if possible.
