Errand Offer
After successful registration the Errand Offer must verify their details such as ID, Phone Number, Address, Upload Photo, that is successfully creating an account or Profile
Errand Offer can post errands (work to be done) by location on website with amount of offer in US$, can browse interested Errand Runners and award the most suitable runner. Once a runner is selected and the errand awarded to finalize the Award the Errand Offer is prompted by the system to deposit money equivalent to the agreed amount. This money is held in a suspense account where the Errand Runner nor the Errand Offer can access the money. The money is only released by the system into the Runner’s Account when the Errand Offer confirms completion of the Errand.
Errand Runner
After successful registration the Errand Runner must also verify their details such as ID, Phone Number, Address, Upload Photo, successfully creating account or profile
Errand Runner can browse posted Errands by location, can bid on posted Errands and accept Errands Awarded by Errand Offer
Company
A company can register and tick both boxes as Errand Offer or/and Service Provider/Runner
Rating Each Other
Upon completion of the Errand both Errand Offer and Errand Runner must rate the performance of each other, the rating comments are visible publicly whenever the Errand Offer posts new errands and when a Runner bids for an errand, also stars must be given to the runner and errand offer leading to a performance overall rating.
Security
Only fully verified Errand Offer and Errand Runner is allowed by the system to post errands or bid and accept errand awards.
Registration is free for all 3 types of users, posting an errand is free, Errand Offer pays nothing but the agreed fee for service or task. Errand runner registers free but the system deducts 20% from every errand performed and 80% of payment is released to runner upon completion of errand. Therefore, system should accept payment and release payments into runner’s account from which they can withdraw their funds.
