Illustration for website images

I would like 4 illustrations drawn up to be used on my my website.
The ideas for each of the 4 images has already be decided I simply need somebody to take my sketches and translate them to something that can be used online.
I have uploaded one of the images below. This is the most detailed of the 4. The others are much simpler but in the same style.
I would like a cartoon feel, but the character's facial features do not need to be extremely detailed. I will discuss the full spec to the winning bidder
As a frequent user of this site, i know 60% of the freelancers don't read the whole job posting and I will always delete those bids. So i know you've actually read this whole thing and understand the job spec please include, somewhere in your reply the words "Mum says reading is important".
The price you quote should be for all 4 images , which i will provide the winning bidder.
A link to any of your previous designs or your portfolio will help massively as i try to decide who wins.
