image reformatting

i have about 400 image i need to be reformatted into different sizes i need a graphic designer as some of the images need to be cropped as some images sizes will be much smaler then the original image and i need for someone with an artistic eye to crop the images in a way that the best features of the original image is shown.

this job is super urgent please let me know ASAP i need the images reformatted within 24 hours
