Import a big XLS spreadsheet and covert to Adobe InDesign table split across multiple pages

InDesign Expert Needed: I have a fairly long and complex XLS spreadsheet (120 rows by 8 columns) which contains product, descriptions, caffeine content, price, etc. (this is for a store that sells tea). I need the data from the spreadsheet imported into InDesign tables. The InDesign tables containing the imported data need to be split up across several panels in the InDesign document. (because there is way too much information to show it all on one page) I then need to be able to format the table content using InDesign character and paragraph styles. The InDesign file will be an accordion-folded multi-panel document. Each panel is 5.5” x 5.5”, there will probably be 4 or 6 panels per side, and the document will print on both sides of the paper so this basically doubles the number of panels available. See attached mockup. Some other things to do in the xls before importing into InDesign: - The steeping time and temperature should be removed from their own column, and added to the end of the description, in italics. - The number for the temperature needs to have a “degree” symbol placed after it. - Once the temperature & time are added to the descriptions, we will only need the following columns: Name, Description, and Price. - In the source xls, there is an extra row for padding between each tea flavor. You should remove those, it would be better to add any needed padding and formatting in InDesign. The deliverable will be an InDesign CS 5.5 document. I have attached a blank one to start you off which has the panels indicated with guides. (you might need to extend the size of the page to fit all the panels needed. I started with 4 panels per page) Important: I am using Adobe InDesign version CS5.5. You MUST use the same version of InDesign so that I can open/edit the file after you deliver it. There may also be additional work on this project (after importing the data) for you if you are interested. This is for InDesign experts only.
