Infographic - Graphic Art work icons on a map showing sale of real estate - Need in 36 hours

have a PDF version with hand written notes on the price and date and approximate location of sale of real estate in Japan ski area. The deliverable is to create nice looking image (with source files) creating icons showing the sale for each property on a map and the date (year). It does not need to be google maps, preferably another map of the area but i don't have one.
Attached is a sample of the handwritten notes. There are approximately 30 sales.
I have the latitude for the area.
The important thing is to use the correct location and make it look GREAT. This will be used in a presentation and printed.

You do not need to read Japanese.
I have attached sample infographic, you do not need to use that style. I would prefer less "currency symbols".
The map sale locations are approximate just use the sample attached map for locations of sales and prices. There are 30 points of sale each sale should show price and date with an arrow to the location.
