We would like to develop a cloud based software to be able to provide financial information to our patients. The easiest way to conceptualize some of the key components of the program is to visit the following website: [login to view URL] Here are more specifics: -Be able to integrate with drchrono (EHR with open API) so that 1) patient demographics can be imported and 2) financials can be reconciled with medical services rendered in drchrono. -Be able to automatically send "reminder" emails that personalized to patients in the title of email. -Be able to customize how often they get these follow ups and what they say. -Provide reports that show patient activity in the portal and which patient has hasn't made activity. Show this in reports like " accounts receivable" data with dates 30 days/ 60 days/ 90 days etc..This would be displayed on a dashboard with easy to understand visuals for our staff to use. -Be able for our office to use the software to communicate with patients inside the platform (so our staff doesn't have to use separate email) -High priority on UI/UX for patients (see mock up attachment of patient dashboard) .Services would have explainer videos embedded next to them so patients know what the charge is for -Drag and drop different services into patient's plan -Be able to compare two or three financial estimates side by side. -Will need ongoing HIPAA compliant cloud based storage of data
